Alaia Profile Installation Failed

There could be several reasons why the profile installation is failing. Make sure that Safari is enabled on the device before initiating the process and the internet is working fine on the device. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app/profile once and check if it helps. 

In addition to this, please make sure that there is no other MDM profile installed on the device. As you may know, there can be only one Management profile enabled on an iOS device. In case you already have a profile installed, you need to delete the existing one before you install Alaia profile onto the device. You can check this by opening your Settings app - Settings > General > Device management.
